Default Removing sunroof Visor Glue

so i have some harden m3 visor tape that i guess was on the cars for years before i got it and now i cant get it off cause it is all dried up i started with a razor blade but i stopped cause i scratched the paint so i got some boiled hot water and soaked it on there for like 5 minutes continually putting hot water on it and it just became softer on the top but its not coming off i also tried vinigar and its not budging

what should i do i know i can buy that 3m wheel but i don't feel like spending money on it unless i have to

3M Eraser wheel IS the best bet. Your other choice would be TRYING something like Goo-Gone but eraser wheels are really the most effective way to remove double sided molding/trim tape....
