Headlights
just buy a kit to clean them they will look like new trust me ive done it a lot of times on hondas with plastic headlights. your not going to get better then the ones you have on unless your willing to spend some big bucks on some oem style ones and not those ebay ones.
I have Halo's on my 97. There nice but had a lot of wiring and ran about 250 dollars. Before, when i had my stock head lights in all i did was clean them up and put corner clears in. It was pretty cheap and looked good.

I would advise going down the route that Mad_Mike suggested to see if the headlight restoration polish helps alleviate some of the headlight glazing. If that fails to sufficiently clear up the haze then there are a few viable sources in which you can buy solid headlight replacements.
For OEM replacement headlights, try checking out hondapartsnow.com.
For after market/used headlights, try checking out eBay and/or the "for sale" section of Accord forums.
Good luck man!

after the sanding and buffing out with the rubbing compound, I clean the lenses and apply car wax with UV protection untill it shines. this helps extend the amount of time between repeat procedures.
