Swapped out the stock engine for a d16B6 from a 94 civic

There is a search bar for this lol. And you wont get much performance out of a d15 non vtec without extensive mods. I would research some more and decide what you are going for. If you just want to mod it out for cheap and dont care then go on ebay and have fun. If you are serious about making some power then you should look into doing a mini me swap or a complete new motor swap. And look at brands like Tota, Skunk2, AEM, Blox, ARP and so on. There are certain brands that specilize in certain things such as ARP that only make bolts and fasteners, so it really depends on what part you are looking at when you think of brand names where as some companies such as skunk2 that make a wide variety of parts from suspension and exhaust, to valve springs and cams. Just start searching threads and do lots of research and decide what you are wanting to go for. No one can tell you what you want, we can only point you in the right direction after you know what you want.

typo its a D15B6, the stock engine had a cracked head when i bought it so the swap was out of necessity. A friend had the engine laying around and gave it to me

oh ok lol. Then i would consider everything i said in my first post. D15's are hard to get power out of you dont see to many people doing them. The easiest route would be to probably do a mini me swap. Take a look at some right ups about it and see if its maybe something you would want to do.

Its when you take a d16 vtec head and put it on your d15 block. The b6 requires a little modification i believe but it can be done.
