Just installed Alarm with Remote Start, Now engine idles rough
Installed the clifford RS2. My engine now idles roughly bouncing between 1200-1700 Rpms. Any suggestions for this? I dont' want to take it back to the shop because it was an under the table deal.
Just wonder did you reset the ECU?
(Reset ECU = unplug ground from battery(easiest). (or find the fuse and unplug it, smart way)

Just taking off the ground isn't going to reset your ECU. You have to pull out the the two upper left fuses in your fuse box. 15 and 75. And leave it off for about 30 mins.
Here is a site from Team-Integra.Net on how to adjust your idle speed.

they probably messed with your idle. me and a lot of my boys got remote start and we never had that problem. my cousin installs em and tampering with the idle is not part of the installation process. just easy installation to the ignition.
after the ecu reset, it still bounces a little during warm up time. After couple mins, it sits at 900 rpm; slightly higher than specs. But when I am driving, right after I let off the gas to put it in neutral, the rpms drop, but bounce a couple times before setting at 900 rpm.
Does this seem to be a remote start problem or air flow problem, Because I had just recharged my filter the day before the install. I am positive it did not do this right after the air filter recharge.
