ihave to be putting gas evey four days and i usually fill the whole tank...wat could it be?

 

WHen was the last time you did a full tune up?

 

i change oil. plugs n wires like three weeks ago

 

I said FULL tune-up. Cap, rotor, fuel filter, etc. Any CELs? Do you drive like a maniac?

if you dont want to crawl under there....get a cardboard box, put it under it there, and wait 6 hours, then pull it out.

 

Your post is useless, every four days tells us nothing.

Fill it up and log the mileage and gallons on the pump and post it.

you need info, stick or auto?

 

i'll trade ya. i fill up my tank ever other day. 45 gallons too. 12mpg silverado lol

 

its stick and the mileage i have no idea how many it has because it has a mini swap

 

How many miles a day do you drive? Is the car running rich?

 

do you smell gas coming from anywhere? be more specific check if the gas line has a leak, check the fuel filter fuel etc, it might be time for a tune up

 

Does your trip odometer work? If so, set it to 0 next time you fill up your tank. Drive until the tank is low again, then refill the tank. Make a note of how many gallons of gas you put in. Then simply divide miles driven by amount of gas purchased, and you will have an accurate measurement of your MPG.

For example, if you drive 347 miles and put in 10 gallons, you are getting 34.7mpg.

 

no i dnt smell gas and i might chenage the fuel filter
