low fluctuating idle 91 integra b16
ive searched just about every forum, hondaswap, team integra, g2ic, everthing and after trying everything im still having problems with my idle.
I have a b16a in my da, with recent obd0 to obd1 conversion
cold start my idle is around 1500-2000rpms (normal), while warming up it sometimes drops to 1100-1200pms then goes back up to 1500rpms (normal i guess?) its not untill when the engine completely warms up and idle stabilizes that the problems begin. when warm the idle will be normal (around 800-900rpms) then out of no where it'll drop low (around 300-400rpms) vibrates, almost as if its about to stall, and then it'll come back up slowly to normal idle (800-900rpms), slowly begins the process again. i dont know what the problem could be. any help would be greatly appreciated
also my mpg has gone down the drain
things ive done:
1. remove and clean iacv
2. remove and clean fitv
3. remove and replace fitv
4. remove and clean throttle body
5. replace throttle body gasket
6. replace pcv valve
7. replaced all vacuum hoses
8. replaced all vacuum connectors, spliters
9. checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner
10. set base idle, unplugged iacv adjusted idle to 750-800rpms, plugged iacv back in and reset ecu
11. swapped out ecu's (had jdm p30 ecu, now running usdm p30 ecu)
12. New dizzy, rotor and all
13. New spark plug wires & plugs
14. bleed the coolant a dozen times
15. replaced thermo sensor "ect"
Ive done just about everything, im running out of ideas guys, once again any help would be greatly apprectiated

thanks for the reply.
i replaced the fuel filter maybe 10-15k miles ago, havent checked the fuel pump, had thoughts it could be.
i dont have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up in line
I was gonna buy a fuel pump but i dont wanna spend money if i dont have to

problem fixed!
had a bad exhaust leak right at the connection between the connection of the 2 pc header
closed it up and idle has been fine
im assuming the o2 was getting bad reading
also adjusted my valved to spec
running good
