Icon2 GSR question need answer quick

I have a full type r conversion GSR car but still have the stock gsr motor in it I have a set of type r pistons and rods I was told they will fit right in my car no problems cause the rods are very similar to gsr well I bent 2 rods in it and now its time they go in but I wanted to make sure there wont be a problem putting them in I wanna make sure clearance is good an make sure that they will fit on the crank properly ur help will be much appreciated thanks

Yes they fit. If your using the stock type r rod bolts they should be torqued with a strect gauge.

if you want more torque use a ls crank and ls rods, they have more stroke (more torque) and use them with you Type R pistons. Pick up some arp rod bolts and you wont have any problem reving to gsr/typr rev limit.

What will compression be after I put em in? Sorry for pickin all yu guys brains lol ive built mad singles junew wi stuff such as this in b series just traded my vitara build for this

around 11:1, pump gas limit is 12+:1 so you have plenty of room to tune.

Yeah I drive a dragster I order 114 oct by the drum but im not bout to use it all in my daily lol on average how much hp will it add

I'm not sure, I just know the stroke is significantly longer. Google similar setups.
