I HAVE A KPRO RIGHT NOW AT THE MOMENT BUT I HAVE A BUDDY THAT WANTS TO TRADE ME HIS AEM WHAT U GUYS THINK

What does you tuner know best? They are both good systems.

Keep your k-pro. Save the headaches for some one else.

 

I chosen kpro and this I hold no one see the difference

 

Everyone on this board pretty much knows I work for AEM, but going to give my advice on this.

#1 - What system does your tuner know how to tune the best? Go with whichever he knows the best.
#2 - Is there a reason why you want to switch to the AEM over the K-Pro. Is there something the AEM can do that you need it over the K-Pro.

If your answer is yes to AEM on either one of these than it would be something to look into. However I weigh more towards the answer to #1.

 

why dont you go ahead and trade me your kpro for my old nikes w/ the leaking air soles?

 

i like AEM it has great features it work'ed well on my boys K20 hatch

 

Stick with the KPro. Less issues and easier to tune.

 

AEM will take alot more work to get it running right to begin with...but has more flexibility than K-Pro ... I have no experience in K-Pro V3 but i assume AEM will still have it beat... AEM is true stand-alone.. K-pro is basically a hybrid between stand-alone and piggy back... K-pro will be easier out of the box and is excellent for about 99% of the guys out there..but if your goals is to go somewhere REALLY fast (9's, 8's etc) than i'd rather AEM for something like that..
