Default Timing belt keepers?

You know those 2 round metal keepers that go behind and in front of the bottom of the timing belt behind the crank pulley? I just realized the hamster wheel noise I have been hearing is caused by only having one of them in there. I want to take care of it before winter but I don't have a clue as to what they are even called. NE1?
