lol easy fix. remove all the loose tools and garbage from teh car if you have any
from the spare tire compartment too.
and see if it goes away.

brake pads are good?
i noticed alot of hondas with rear disk brakes the caliper rod dries out and seizes up misaligning the pad so it wears off uneven( 3 hondas i had all 3 did that all on pass side)

There are no rear axles... Is it a loud click or what? Metel on metel? is it only a set speed? hows the brake pedal feel?

Do you mean caliper slide pin? Your suppose to grease them like once or twice a year... but more then not it isnt that.

Could be bushings or a mount... get under the car and start shaking things around

def not a rear sway bar unless one was installed and the end links are bad. i would lift the car and try shaking the wheel or try to do it slowly in the driveway with someone else to listen to where it may be coming from.

yes its a loud click, sounds like if its metal on metal.
the brake petal feel's normal.

Worn pads more or less would make a grinding noise. But if it only happens when you hit the brakes then thats probably where i would start.
