Default d15b7 running really rich

I rebuilt the motor on my eg hatch and now that it is in, its running really rich and won't stay on unless i hold the throttle. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks.

Check the ECT sensor and it's wiring (under the distributor). The ECU may be staying in the cold start loop.
