Default Having issues with first start after build

Car finally started... but it isnt sounding so hot!

Im getting a code 10, IAT sensor, I didnt think about it, I fried my last ecu by accidentally switching the IAT and purge valve, maybe I fried the IAT?
I know one is a 5v and the other is a 12v... I think in the accidental switch, I may have sent 12v to a 5v ait sensor, frying it? Opinions? I cant get a good reading off my wideband as I have to throttle it to keep it running, but in general it looked VERY, VERY rich, but once it did go pretty lean...

Then theres all the smoke, and the plugs are WET, cylinders reek of gas... the car is running crazy rich! I have to keep it above 2500rpms or it sputters and dies...

And I have a holly FPR, would adjustment on that affect the AF ratio? Or does it just increase or decrease fuel supply to the injectors...

i would personally do a compression check see where that is and check the valve clearences looks like it hard to start and is smoking alot on start up also if u mixed up those two sensors iat and purge if the iat is burnt u could have possibly burnt the pcm i would at least open or smell the pcm to see if u burnt the board happend to me a few times
