I am ordering wheels and tires (17's w/Toyo FZ4 205/40/17) later today and I just want to make sure of a couple things...

Lug Pattern: 4 X 100

Offset: 40 - 45

Is this the lug pattern for a 01 gsr off and what is the most common offset people use. The car is currently lowered with the eibach pro kit but might put hr sports on for a lower height, so what would the best offset be?

Is there much variance in weight between companys. The wheels I am looking for a most likely going to be a seven star by either konig, katana, enkei, exel, giovanna. What are good brands?

I think with a 17" wheel you will want a +45 offset. I think +40 would be cutting it too close. Especially if you loweer more. Wait till someone else chimes in though, I'm no expert....

 

Bolt pattern is right, so is the offset. 42 is supposed to be best but 40 is common.
Depends on the wheel I suppose. If you're worried about weight why are you going with a 17 haha j/k

 

That is a real good point. So you think 40 instead of 45, but 42 is the best. Right now it is lowered 1.3" all around.
