After I replaced the radiator I pluged in the condencer fan and noticed that the top plug was missing a wire.this plug ha a single hole in it. Should this hole have a wire coming out of it??? Maybe a ground or is it a blank?

If I remember correctly, the plug only contains one wire. That other "hole" in the plug is normal.

If you look at this '92 Accord condenser diagram, you'll see that the plug only contains one wire as well:

Check to be sure BOTH fans run when the temp gets warm or when the AC is on-assuming you have a working ac system.
