Default Missfire and short out?

Okay so i've got a h22 motor in a 95 honda prelude
motor is missfiring from cylinders 1 and 4, It has spark, double checked the distributor, spark plugs and spark plug wires, also put new ones in to double check them too, it has fuel going through, fuel pressure and swapped out fuel injectors just incase they were bad. Has compression in all 4 cylinders at least 240 in each cylinder. car will idle around 1.5 and you can hear it bogging and misfiring, so its got spark, compression and fuel. any ideas what else can be wrong?

also the car keeps on shorting out, the 100a battery fuse keeps on dieing and bogging out alot. Mostly when you try to step down on the gas the car will short out and the dashboard and everything dies out for a split second then comes back on, and if you hold down on the gas it will keep doing it until you let go of the gas. NO CEL also. any ideas?

hahah yeah sorry, it'll keep blowing out after a while, i cant even drive the car right because when you try to give it more gas, especially when you try to floor it, the car would shut off for a split second and come back on after you release the gas, all the lights/cluster will shut off also, and after a while the batter fuse will blow and the car wont do anything until you replace the fuse. i've put 2 new fuses in already, it seems like its short circuiting somewhere but i have no idea. the car will bog and shake when you try to gas it so it's like a fricken roller coaster ride lol.

Test your ignition switch.

To me that sounds like typical symptoms of a bad ground wire connection. I recently had a similar problem when I wired a power source to a ground wire on my dizzy connector.

I say bad ground somewhere like 207hondaguy said. Idk why it would only be 1 and 4 missfire though
