CRX no start! Did I miss anything?
Hey guys I have been troubleshooting my CRX all weeked for a no start problem. It just cranks and cranks but nothing else. Once or twice it just barely started to take off and then immediately shut off) I think I have narrowed it down to the fuel pump, but before dumping $100+ on that I wanna make sure I haven't missed anything. Here is what I have done.
Replaced battery (it was dead)
Checked fuses (under hood and dash)
Re-soldered Main Relay (I get 2 clicks at ACC and then 1 click when starting)
Checked ecu (no codes displayed)
Checked for spark (got spark on all 4)
Pulled spark plugs (they were a little dirty but no bad fouling or wear)
Is there anything that I may have missed? Or should I bite the bullet and get the fuel pump?

you may want to check your distributor. i had the same issue. did about everything that you have listed, and ended up being the distributor cap. i clean up the contact points inside the cap. it got the job done.

I don't know how many miles are on your motor but you might want to do a compression check. My CRX had intermittent starting issues for a while and then all of a sudden it just wouldn't turn over. I checked the compression and every cylinder was below 60psi. I guess the rings were just barely holding on all that time.
Have you checked for voltage at the injector clips? Tried seeing is it will run on starting fluid? Actually tested to see what the fuel pressure is?
Thanks for the suggestions. I don't think it is the distributor since I am getting spark at the plugs. I actually already reset the thermostat ground to fix an issue with it not even cranking, so I think that connection should be good now. I tried starting fluid and it would just barely start and then immediately die.
I will do a compression check asap and see what that looks like. What is the best way to check voltage at the injectors? Does the car need to be cranking or just ignition on? Never checked fuel pressure, I'm guessing auto parts store has some kind of gauge I can pick up?
