Theres a slight rattling in the front end of the car when going over holes or bridges and such when driving. Looked at the lower control arms and whatnot, what should I try to tighten, or what would be another problem?

 

Possible worn bushings

 

Well when I changed my tires, which they were bad anyways they were all worn on the inside. So I know I need an alignment as well but I still need to look into my suspension.

 

Is the car lowered?

Go under the car, and check the bushings. look for torn/ripped bushings.
