1990 crx si light problem
Ok I'll start from the beginning. When I bought the car the tail lights and instrument cluster lights would go out time to time and all I really did was change the fuse and keep it moving. It was holding for a while and I went ahead and got the alarm installed a few weeks later. After 3 days of having the alarm installed it started blowing fuses again. I changed fuses and checked my ground and bulbs and every thing seemed fine. Recently I wanted to make my bumper lights running lights and turn signals so I bought some del sol corner light sockets to get what I wanted accomplished, while I did that I wired up my angel eyes and all was working fine for the last 2 weeks. Last night all of a sudden all my lights cut out, this means park lights and tail lights and cluster. Head lights still work and hazards still work, and when I hit the brake the tails light up. Now when I put on my left turn signal I get some crazy buzzing sound from under the dash and I'm running through all the wires from the bulbs back and i don't see any bare wire or nothing so I don't get what it is. I tested the tail light ground and it's good. The next thing I did was disconnect the tail light harness and took out all bulbs from the front and replaced the fuse to see if it worked. Well I put a 20 amp in and it blew the second I turned on the switch. I'm starting to think its the actual switch on the colum, any other ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated cause I been here all day chasin wires and can't find nothing.
Well I figured it out so if any one has problems with there lights like I did look at your flasher relay before ripping the car apart and chasing every damn wire lol.
