Default obd0 to obd1 help!

Before I start I would like to say that yes I have searched, and no there was nothing that pertained to my problem. Also read the full post it will be a little long.

Car: 1991 hatch
b16a w/ stock harness
chipped p28
zerg 88-91 civic jumper harness
obd1 b16 dizzy
obd1 injectors

Problem: I completed the conversion, and since have not been able to get it running. I have checked for spark with an in line spark tester and I have spark. I have checked for fuel I have fuel checked with noid light and I pulled the injectors all are working. Cam timing is dead on
and I checked all grounds with a logic probe. I have traced all wires back through the jumper and all are in the correct ecu pin. injectors get power and signal, so does the dizzy. but the car will not run. The car acts as if the fuel and ignition timing are way off.
I have swapped the ecu into another car and it works great, I in turn have a friend with a b16 with an obd1 conversion and I replace all my stuff with his (which I know work) and nothing. I have checked the wiring and rechecked. All the wiring is good. Does any one have any ideas? Also the resistor box has been taken out and all wiring is done with 12.3 volts to each injector. Someone has to have an idea help me out

if it's a 1st gen B16 you still need the resistor box. does the ecu give you any codes?

False information. It makes no difference which generation his b16 is from. What matters is which injectors he is using.

With that being said; OP are you using the same obd0 injectors or did you swap in obd1 injectors? Based on what you provided i would guess obd0 injectors since you didt say you swapped them out. If this is the case then you will need to swap the residue box back in since you will be running low impedenve injectors which run on 5.5v (might be wrong number, going off the top if my head). And they will not work with 12v power.

Recheck your wiring and possibly firing order? You may have mixed them up when you swapped distributors?

You say everything is correct but the vehicle doesn't run... interesting...

Have you checked EVERY wire on the actual jumper harness? Wouldn't be the first time they had wires crossed/broken connections.

Do you smell fuel when you have cranked it for a while?
Have you tried starting it on starter fluid?

I got it running great, be sure when you swap your ecu to test it that you test the tune that you have also . I had a bad tune went to j and j performance my buddy's shop and loaded a stock p30 with some changes to the rev, fires right up. when I swapped my ecu to my friends car I used his tune not mine. So that is that. what a waste of time! Thanks everyone.
