i have a 1.6L vtec head from a d16z6 it needs new valves before i put it on my car and im just wondering if anone can let me know how hard it is to change them? and if anyone knows where a good place is to get a better camshaft at a reasonable price? thanks

 

stock cam or aftermarket cam? and valves are not hard to change u need a spring compressor and a screw driver and a magnet to collect the valve keepers and putting them back in... im sure if u google installing valves it will have a write up. all honda valves are basically the same way to install and remove whether its a b16,d16 or h22

 

well im not sure on the cam really .... i saw advance auto parts had a "performance cam" for 130 but i dont know the specs of it
