1995 integra w/B18c1 surge problem
Like the title says my bro has a 95 integra with a b18c1 swap.
When he starts the car it idles up and down from 1200 - 1600 rpm.
If i step on the gas lightly the rpms will surge from 2-3 rpm (sounds like 2 step)
I removed intake and plugged off the IACV hole and there is no suction.
Would this be a dead IACV?
