Clutch engages close to the floor or to soon. Is there an adjustment for this?
I know the clutch has clutch height and freeplay adjustments. I'm thinking those won't help this. The clutch in this car grabs at what feels like a 1/4 - 1/2" inch off the floor. Way quicker than any other integra I've owned.
Is there a way to adjust something so that you can release the pedal more before it starts to grab?

after you bleed the system there is a pedal adjustment to be made. Basically a threaded rod end from clutch master cylinder that attaches to your clutch pedal via a clevis pin. It sounds like you need to adjust it. It might take a few times to get adjusted but you will like the outcome.

Did you just buy this car? If it just started doing this then the clutch might need to be replaced but if you just bought it and dont know then start with an adjustment i guess.
If you look under the dash where the pedal connects you should easily see what he is describing to adjust it.

integra 4 life what car and clutch do you have and. Personally i have a comp 4 and when I release the clutch from the floor my pedal is almost 1/2 off floor when clutch is starting to engaug and by 3/4 off floor it's fully hooked up. when I change gears the clutch pedal is 3/4 off floor before it starts to disengauge and by 1/2 it's disengauged. Personally I like to push the clutch pedal 1/4 twds floor before disengauge begins, I only do this because you can over adjust and not have clutch fully engauged. The factory manual will be close to this.
another way to make the pedal adjustment easier is to loosen the two nuts that hold the CMC in. Otherwise you have to press against it to get adjusting fork end to be able to turn in or out. also Make sure you loosen the jam nut on the rod end first.

Sounds like your clutch tank went dry and you may have to bleed the system, (last resort). fill the tank and hopefully that will help.
