Default Having a problem with my lsvtec

So I have a lsvtec in my 95 integra. I have a check engine light thats one I did a check on the cells and one is #5 manifold absolute pressure sensor and #7 throttle position sensor. Also the car is in safe mode it does not want to go passed 3k so I dont not take it past it when driving. It does have a ls throttle body on it I have looked up so stuff and I also think that it has ls cable with ls bracket. So my quesion is if I change the throttle body and cable/w bracket to gsr and reset the ecu will the problem go away? Please let me know anything

Thanks
