does anyone know the amperage for the relay misuba RC-2201
yeah i did search. it was definitely not successfull.
i got nothing i even tried looking on the manufacturer but all i got was bosch sites.
the closest info i got but was not clear. it stated it was a 30 amp relay but it was not very clear.
so 15 amps is what it is. cool thanks.
i need something with that shape but in a much higher amp like 30 to 40 amps.
does anyone know if there is such a version?

You can just use a standard relay that can be found at most automotive places (or anywhere that sells electronic parts) that are available in 4 or 5 pin variations.

I found a cross reference that crosses the mitsuba relay RC-2201. It is a Beck Arnley 203-0156. Beck Arnley says their contacts can handle up to 20A.
thanks as well.
i have no idea how you did the search for that.
do they have a higher amperage maybe 30 to 50amp for that style
I found the cross reference on this site: http://www.oereplacement.com/advance...myClass=RELAYS using the Google search terms "mitsuba automotive relay cross reference".
I found the Beck Arnley customer support people here, http://www.beckarnley.com/contactbeckarnley.html and I emailed them to ask for the max contact current spec.
