my civic rpm tach tends to jump around whenever i go above 4500 rpm upon acceleration. actually when i use my stock ecu its fine but when i put a jumper harness to use an obd1 ecu it only happens. i tried two obd1 ecus and the same thing but when i go back to stock its fine.

anyone know whats wrong? thanks
