Default Crank Sensor Problem

98 GS, b18b1, stock ecu. I bought an OBD1 ecu for it so I left the crank sensor off (rebuilt the block). My question is, how will it run with no crank sensor on the OBD2 ecu? Timing advanced? Retarded? Be fine?

It's not a crank position sensor, its a crank fluctuation sensor. The crank position sensor is in the distributor. The crank fluctuation sensor detects misfires on OBD2 Honda's/Acuras. The OBD1 ECU doesn't look for this. It will run fine.

He's using an obd1 ecu he won't have to bypass it, because it doesn't look for it.
