Suspension help? Not sure whats wrong
Before anyone flames... and this gets closed... That is TYPICAL. The car is lowered on sleeve coilovers so it's going to be stupid bouncy ESPECIALLY if the stock struts are in bad shape and/or blown. Second, the squealing is more than likely your trailing arm bushing. They typically go bad almost within days of having an "older" car lowered.

ohh ok, so they are on stock struts??
the coilovers in the pictures, is how i got them, they came with the struts, i couldnt tell if they were stock, but obviously they are... I guess i would have to buy struts in order for them to be stiff right? Since its my daily driver...
thank you for helping me out so far, you honestly made me happy not being a dick and helping me..

Thread is full of fail other than people mentioning the possibility of blown shocks.
What spring rates are they? OBX (fail) coilovers are garbage. They were garbage when they came out 10 years ago. You inherited someone's garbage.
If you want a non-bouncy ride then get spring (quality!!!, reputable!!!) with higher spring rates. The higher the rate the stiffer the ride. It makes no difference that they are sleeves or full coilovers. Are the stock shocks blown? THAT will make your ride bouncy. I'm guessing that's why you got them for free.
Once again "rawrjaay" you cheaped out and now you're paying for it. Even if they were free I wouldn't have put those on my car.

They do appear to be stock shocks, which will blow pretty quickly if lowered more than maybe 1.5 inches. I would just go with stock until you have money for better components. Those coilovers might be alright but you would definitely need new shocks. If you're looking to be lowered you'll need a performance shock as well, not just stock replacements.
