Default Where does this sensor go?! 98 Civic DX

Sorry for the repost, I wasn't specific enough. I have a 98 Civic DX with a D16y7 in it. I did a head gasket on and now I need to throw it back together but for some reason I can't figure out where this plug goes....

It's coming off the harness that runs behind the block, under the intake mani. Looks like the coolant temp sensor but it's not.... Please help

Check the top of your thermostat housing, might be the fan plug?

What color are the wires? Hondas have various sensors that fit hat plug. Could be iacv or iat or egr. Make sure not to mix them up. Does the car throw any codes?

Goes to the green power steering sensor, whatever it's called.

It's not starting and I'm hoping its bc this plug is missing, lol. I'll check wire colors and update later tonight. Thanks.

Ok, it seems that one wire is black with either silver or white and the other is green. Its a 2-wire. Any suggestions?

So this wouldn't stop the car from starting? Awesome (not). On to the diagnosis...

Check your mechanical timing. Did you have a vavle job done while the head was off? If so did you adjust the valves?

Yeah, the shop did it all. Timing seems to be on point. Makes full rotation. I'll check for codes...
