Primer for wrinkle paint?

Does Wrinkle Paint need a primer?
and is there such thing as a high heat primer? o.O

High heat primer is available. However, no primer required. Just make sure surface is clean and free of oil.

what about a heater gun to make the wrinkles look good? Do you know anything about that? if so do you start heating it once you painted fresh or wait for a while and THEN heat it with the gun?
