Default 1992 Prelude Headlight Problem

Alright so I picked up a 92 prelude from my brother in law to use for the winter and to commute to work. This car is riced the hell out with halo headlights and what not. So I ordered new headlights to bring the car back to stock and when I went to turn the headlights on I noticed the passenger side headlight is very dim. And this problem is a continuing problem since the halo headlights were on the car before. But anyways, when I turn the low beams on the driver side headlight output is very strong and correct, but the passenger side headlight output is very dim. So then I tried turning the high beams on and the driver side headlight works correct but the passenger headlight turns completely off, which I mean no low/high on at all. So now im stuck and I need help. I never mess with electrical wiring so this is not my field I ever play in haha. If anyone has any ideas please let me know! Thanks!

Ok I just figured out my own problem, the right headlight fuse was blown so it was drawing power from the left headlight which caused it to be so dim. I changed he fuse and now both headlights are working in correct order. Something so small, can really think you have a short or a bad ground some where lol. Thanks.
