HEADLIGHT PROBLEMS...

anyone has or know if there is an issue with the headlights? one of the headlights is not as bright as the other and is not the bulb

could be condensation. it would cause one headlight to be a little dimmer then the other.

it could be a bad grown check by the headlights on the inside of fender

Get a volt meter and measure the voltage in both wires of the headlight units and see if they have the same voltage. Maybe you have a short somewhere.
