Default Heater Unit Removal

Sup all.

I want to remove the heater/AC unit behind the cubby hole on my 97 Ek4 civic. The car interior is stripped at the moment while i attend to certain things that have been bothering me, and there is a leak on the passenger side that i want to fix. im pretty sure i know where its coming from but cant get to it without removing the heater/AC unit.
Im pretty sure i could tackle this (trial and error) but was wondering if anybody had done this without removing the entire dashboard and could do a write up or point me in the right direction so i know exactly 'where im going' when doing this.

any input is appreciated. thanks guys.
