Default Ac delete

I have a 92 integra. I'm want to remove ac because it doesn't work and I don't ever use ac, even when I had a car that did have it. I still want to keep the heater tho as winter is coming up. I'm wondering if I remove everything but the evaporator under dash would I still Be able to use the heater and cool air.
Thanks for the feedback!
