CAD Designed in Solid Edge
flanges Laser Cut
T25
Tig welded
use 42,2x2,6mm mandrel bends

use ist on my Sol with D16Y8 with GT2560R

Mandrel bends? Like thin wall tubing?

I mean the radius pipes.
thought there name was mandrel bends !?

Those are cast I believe, they are not mandrel bent.

I think you used the right stuff Manifold looks great. Did you break the runners off after tacked? Any troubles welding in the tight spots?

Ah ok now i see the difference.

Yes they where casted.


Yes break of after tack, weld, and then, with al litlle help from a hammer, bend back to origin form so that they fit.

All welds where hard i´m a beginner !
Between runner 1-2 and 3-4 connect to the collector was very difficult
