Hey guys,

So this horrible day has finally come, and I became a victim of the notorious honda theft. I really didn't want this to happen and I tried my best to prevent it, but these low life's got the best of me.

Here is a quick run down of my story: my parents live in the burbs, but i live in chicago (I go to UIC), and I work in the suburbs as well, so I have to bring a car with me. I used my beater for a while, but it was showing it's age and things were breaking left and right, and with lack of extra finances I had to bring my em1 to the city.

Info on the car: 2000 Milano Red Civic Si with the following mods that stand out: USDM ITR seats, Koni/GC suspension, and Apexi WS2 exhaust. I took the front lip and the spoiler off, and the car was sitting on steelies. It had a two way alarm with motion detector, "The Club" on the steering wheel, and a few cutoff switches installed, so it had to have been a tow truck job. It was parked near on the street near the intersection of Harrison and loomis, and I narrowed down the time of theft to be between 12am and 3 am today.

Again, the car looked exactly the same as the pictures, except it had no front lip, no spoiler, and steelies instead of the wheels.

^nope, not a single person. A few were interested, but everyone flaked.

sorry to hear that man... i really like this em1.. chicago's city the place to be your car always got a chance to get stolen... i have a friend also got em1 stolen in the city back in 2009. hope you get it back adam.
