Super common problem. Where is it wet the most? The sides? near the opening by the taillights?

Either wet down the trunk with a hose, or wait for a heavy rain, a common spot will be left or right side dripping from the rain channels, feel that area up on the top underneath with your hand is it wet? If you open the trunk is it wet on the carpet in the corners?

Do you have water collecting the the spare tire?

check for minor cracks up top, replace trunk seal, i've used some like rubber sealant. The leak is so mysterious

First, fold your back seats down and get in the car. Have someone spray it with a hose while you sit in there and find the leak. Mine was along the seems along the sides of the trunk (rain channels I guess). I could see how they were sort of seperated... I used some clear caulking material (silicone I guess, or something) and just did lines ove these cracks and it solved the problem.
