Icon2 Rain water in my trunk

I recently gutted my trunk area, everything but side panels. Now whenever it rains I accumulate some rain water in my trunk spare tire area. I cannot seem to figure out where it's coming in from at all.
Any ideas on what to check?

What Honda is this happening to?

I've heard that it's pretty common for the gaskets around the tail lights to leak.

mines leaking like an SOB right now. Here's the spots I found and sealed up.

moonroof drain tube - where this goes into the rubber grommet to drain out was leaking bad.

behind tail lights. change your gaskests or get creative with silicone sealant.

trunk lid area - put a new gasket here and silicone around the outside of it.

that's what's leaking for me, hope this helps!

mine is kind of in the same area I re sealed the bottom seal of the rear window but it rained like an hour after i was done. any other places that it could be coming in? it basically lays below my third brake light. It is like in the space between the tinted black glass above the crx logo. when I lift the hatch it runs out.

The story of my life. I took out almost all of the cloth pieces/that piece of board so I could fix it, and have still been putting it off. That was about 6 months ago
