92 vx with a b16 swap and the check engine light came on for code 23(knock sensor). So read that i have to wire it up but the problem is there is a connector already plugged in to the knock sensor. It has 2 wires coming out one is red and the other is white/black. Anyone have an idea to where this should go?

your ECU determins the required sensors.
I'm guessing P30.

since I'm guessing you're using the VX harness, and I'll bet white/black is actually yellow/black... which would mean you have the EVAP purge solenoid connected to the knock sensor.
If you're lucky you connected the ground active signal from the ECU to the knock sensor, if not you poped the knock sensor.

 

The knock sensor generally has only one wire.

 

yea when i noticed it had 2 wires coming out i knew that it was the wrong connector. But couldnt find a wiring diagram that showed what had been plugged in.
