00 Civic Si Main Relay Clicking but starts
The car is a 2000 Civic SI w/ stock b16a2 and p2t ecu. Car starts, idles, and drives fine. Once it warms up and while accelerating the main relay will click and cause the engine to die down for a split second several times a minute and doesn't stop. I have cleaned ALL ground wires, swapped main relay, ecu, distributor, pulled out Viper 3000 alarm system, and put a brand new battery in it before initial start up after replacing the head gasket. I have searched the forum and tried everything i found that helped others. Could the MAP or TPS be the issue? My TPS has a broken clip around the prongs, but worked fine before. Any/all input is appreciated. I will also add a youtube link below. Thanks in advance!

Thanks lol my first one got deleted for the title. My buddy has a 97 hatch with a b16a2 out of a 99 SI that runs awsome. We swapped in his ECU and it did the same thing. Same with main relay and distributor. I have went over every ground on the motor, thermostat, and the one on the battery. I'm stumped!

Only code it's throwing is 65 which is secondary 02 sensor heater wire. I don't think that has anything to do with it. Probably should have mentioned that above. lol

Check the ground wires for resistance between contact points and the negative battery terminal. Did you clean your terminals? Check the resistance between the negative pole of the main relay and the battery as well.

I have another issue now. When i turn the key to the On(II) the main relay clicks once, then the CEL flickers and i can hear the injectors spraying fuel constantly. I have never seen this before. Again, I'm stumped as to what could be causing this.

Is fuse 44 or fuse 13 loose or only partially seated?
Does the engine run?
Signals from the CKP sensor inside the distributor are used by the ECU to tell the injectors when to fire. You might want to test the CKP sensor and its circuit.

Will check fuses in the morning (@ work) and no engine will not start when doing this. Is there a thread or something on how to test CKP sensor? I'm not much of an electrician... :/

Car starts and drives now but same symptoms as before with main relay clicking and cutting out. Here's a video: http://youtu.be/msLfOZgHkF4

Oh, forgot to mention above that i unplugged the TPS and it drove the same as it did with the tps plugged in. The above video was with TPS plugged in.

A blinking CEL indicates cylinder misfires severe enough to damage the cat. When was the last time you jumped the service connector to pull the CEL codes?

Re: 00 Civic Si Main Relay Clicking but starts
I had just reset the ECU before that video was taken and checked it soon after. The only code I got was 65. It only does this when it's warmed up and under throttle. My buddy seems to think it could be TPS or MAP sensor or wires on the harness side are bad so we are going to try another TB and test the wires to rule them out.
