for your setup with e85 you need atleast 1000cc injectors to come anywhere near the potential of that manifold and turbo you have. keep in mind that if takes a much higher flowing fuel system to run e85 than 93 octane or similar fuels.

Just run pump gas. On 450's you can make 350+ on pump gas. It's safe to run e85 but what's the point? If your going for 450whp or more I would tell you to use e85 or race gas but with your fuel setup you won't come close to that

Have no idea how many lbs of boost. Psi doesn't matter what matters is who. I think you can make 300-350 without a problem on pump gas.

260whp in 450cc DSM injectors, not 350 unless FPR raises fuel pressure to maximum.
Get bigger injectors if you want more power or run E85. No more shortcuts.

http://injector.com/injectorselection.php
Check that link out; its for gas and e85 needs about 30% more fuel. By the time you get those, 660s, get the thing tuned and pay again when you want more its almost worth just getting some bigger injectors to start.

for e85 totally

660s would be a good pump injector but as others have said get the 1k's

Everyone here has and will obviously give you the same answer, with your turbo/mani setup and your desire to run e85 the minimum injector size you need is 1000cc
