Default Colorado Race Fab's Eg hatch build

My name is Taylor from colorado race fab. Here is my car a 1992 Honda Civic cx I have owned it since 2007 slowly building it to what it is today with the help of friends at Co Race Fab and PFIspeed.

It started off as a clean white hatch with some carbon parts literally spotless when a friend of mine bought it.(not a honda guy) Propelled by a d15b2 block and a y6 head without a vtec ecu or wiring he drove it like that for 8 months without changing a thing and delivering pizzas through the winter. I acquired it through a trade not so clean anymore and still running like crap and from there it began.

I first bought a DA integra wrecked just for the swap and then bought a GSR tranny and started cleaning the entire car before putting it back together. Drove it like that for 6 months and loved it.

A deal came up for trading my labor and my LS motor for a GSR longblock
Had the stock GSR for a year or so with an AFC and chipped ECU but wanted to turbo the car the whole time....

And then we pieced together a turbo kit and went to town putting it together on the stock motor. I had about 5$ in the car at this point and made 226 at 12 lbs on a beat up t3 and a cast manifold and hondata.

That setup went 12.71 @ 107??

Then we turned it up to 18lbs and made 447 for a race in pueblo
went numerous 11.6s until the finals
went 11.1@133 missing second gear losing to an 11.0@130 (the green hatch)
my bad *** tuner told me he turned it up and to hold on up top so and i just drove like a girl and didnt win. it ended up making 21lbs that day and on an 11.3 pass at bandimere the stock block let go and #3 cracked.

How much power did you make on the new setup? And have you taken it to the track already?

I am the owner/operator of Colorado Race Fabrication, we work in conjunction with PFIspeed on alot of projects we are located in greeley colorado you can check us out www.facebook.com/coracefab or you can come by anytime 1913 9th st greeley co. taylors car has only made a few passes and it is looking like it is going to be promising. we did a 10 point s&w cage, turbo manifold, motor build among other things. taylor works with us part time until we grow enough to need him full time. his car is one of our many on going projects as of late we hope to run a full season with this car our shop crx and the worlds fastest outlaw/sfwd ef hatch so stay tuned for big things coming out.

Update: we took the car to the vegas ifo event earlier this month and with a couple small changes and some tuning it went a personal. best of 10.38@145mph this was the cars 6th pass on the current setup. It had a pretty slow 8th mile time and a crappy 60' with some more seat time this car will go 9s with its super basic setup.

Had some issues with precision turbos not performing(6265, 6765), so we changed to a BW And may never go back again....

went with spinwerks 13x10 wheels THANKS DP! Best customer service around by FAR!

Changed from an areomotive 340 and bosch 044 inline to a single magnafuel monster pump

made 815whp with the new changes.

Please keep in mind that this is @ 5200ft above sea level on the side of the mountain

this car still uses 2.25" boost pipes/stock throttle body, an ebay intercooler stock axles and trans and is full interior @2400lbs
