That's a stock bumper and a lip. Which one are you talking about?

 

Like the type R bumper for a 98 civic hatchback. Like whichever that u can install fog lights to.

 

they make foglights for every bumper style. if you want the good looking one, you need to get a 99-00 front bumper. but you need to do the entire 99-00 front end conversion then, bumper, grill, hood, fenders and headlights

 

All that is, is a stock 96-98 bumper with fogs and a CTR lip. Noithing special here.

that bumper is the same as your factory one. it just has oem style fog lights and a ctr lip.

 

Don't have the stock bymper on my car it has an aftermarket one. I want to know where I can get the stock one
