Very typical, there is a problem with the run channel, this is the part that is vertical and near the side view mirror. You can replace this part and should help.

Do you have a part number for this? My car has this same problem, and a variety of lubricants are only acting as temporary solutions. I'd rather replace the track and be done with it.

Do you have a coupe or sedan?

Go to hondaautomotiveparts.com, then look up you car etc. you will then get the part number from there.
