Through the spark plug hole I can see the top of my #4 piston is a bit wet. The other cyls are dry. Also the spark plug from that #4 is dry and shows no signs of detonation. #4 has great compression ( 220psi, all my cyls are 215-220 on a 9.8:1 gsr).
Leakdown is decent too, 8%. All my cyls are between 5 and 8%.
Could it be a ring or headgasket issue with good #s or am I likely looking at bad valveseals??

Try replacing the valve seals to see if it goes away. Theres a tool what you can buy that allows you to remove them without removing the cylinder head. Get them done asap though.
P.S. There is a thread somewhere that gives you a walk through guide on how to change them.
