If the oil is on the top of the plug as opposed to the business end, then your valve cover seals are bad.

If the opposite is true, then compression test the cylinders both with (wet) and without (dry) addition of oil to the cylinder. A bad valve seal should not produce low compression whereas a bad ring or head gasket would. If a bad piston ring is causing low compression, then compression will increase in the wet versus dry test.

the threads is better then the electrode

you probably have pad spark plug gromets/seals. go to honda and buy a new VC gasket and a set of the plug seals and just reseal it all and see what happens. the edges get hard and start to leak on them eventually

Oil on your plugs, decrease in compression, and smoke...

Sounds like your oil rings.

wow. well get new valves or clean them, clean out the ports, and replace the head gasket (since you have the head off you have to). it would be a good idea to get the valve seals replaced and have the head plained for trueness. since your exhaust valve are burned im sure its your valve seals

the HG or valve seals??? you can from the dealer but it'll be more expensive but you can have them next day most likely. have the head sent to a machine shop also for the plaining and cleaning
