Default jumped tooth on d15b?

ok so for the past 2 weeks my 94 Cx hatch with jdm D15b (skunk2 IM, DC header, non brand short ram intake & es tuning muffler) has been wasting a ton a gas and ive noticed a significant amount of power loss. Just recently it has began to misfire/hesitate while i am in first gear picking up speed at around 3k-4k.. today i cranked it to TDC according to the cam gear. The "up" position was somewhat up and the marks where as close to being aligned as possible..i also marked the markings on the crank pulled with chalk so i can better view them. after i had set the cam gear to TDC i noticed that the TDC marking on the crank pulley was way off and did not align to the arrow on the timing belt cover..so does this mean my car is off a tooth?

That or more off. Is it possible for you to post a pic? Just for another set of eyes/opinon.

But, if your posivitve it's off, loosen the bolt on the tensoner, remove the belt from the cam gear, correct the timing, and then rotate it over 8 or so times, and check it again.

Ah yea, Don't drive it untill it's corrected, after you do that, check the igntion timing.

Picutre isn't very clear, but it's enough to see the mark.

I didn't drive mine for 7 months, I lived.

Good luck! keep us updated if you run into any problems with it. Take a look on Ebay for OEM "kits''. I got mine from there, and I belive i got a really good deal.
