Default oil squirters???

so i have a jdm b16a and have searched for this info but cant find anything rock solid.
i want to know if b18cr oil squirters can fit on the b16a... the bottom end has a b18c crank, b17a rods, and oversized pistons (82mm) where the rist pin is moved up 3mm for clearance.... so w that said can they just bolt right on or wat???

Oil squirters were designed for higher rpm and with factory cast pistons. If running forged no worries.
