Default EG B18C swap, few things wrong. Pics***

Just finished my swap today. It runs, doesn't leak, idles fine.

Here are the problems though.

1. Tach doesn't work
2. Speedo Doesn't work
3. Since Tach isn't working, from the sound of the engine, I'm assuming that it won't rev past 3500 RPM.
4. Cruise Control also does not work, and it was working perfectly fine before with my Z6

*I attached a picture of the dizzy plug where a wire is extended. Possibly to a TACH? That extended wire goes the a Blue wire to the Dizzy.
*I have no idea why my speedo isn't working.
*I'm going to get the ECU rechipped for a ITR basemap for now and see if that makes the engine run better.

If you guys have any insight, anything helps.

Info on the motor. 98+ ITR Longblock, GSR w/LSD transmission, Wire harness seems to be either a OBD2 B16 or ITR. The car is a EG SI so it has VTEC already.

You needto you an OBD2 harness with an OBD1 jumper harness and OBD1 ECU.

mis information at its best....

op: check your vss it might be bad or the plug/harness might be loose/bad. if your engine is in what i believe most call limp mode it should be throwing a code iirc. what ecu are you running right now? a stock p28? trace that wire that looks like it may have been modified and make sure its still connected as it should be.

supposedly, I'm running a Chipped P28 with a GSR basemap with skunk2 mani, intake, and 2.5 exhaust. I'm going to get it reburned with another a ITR map today and see what that fixes. I'll try to mess with the VSS for a little bit.

If your engine isn't reving past 3500rpm, then your in limp mode. You must have thrown some sort of Check engine light. Did you pull the codes?
