I have a 95 del sol and I have a weird idle issue..when I'm driving and I'm coming up to a stop light I'll throw it into neutral and my rpms will stay at 1400 rpms as im rolling towards the stop and if I rev it, it will drop down to the normal idle below 1000... any solutions??

 

Clean your TB, IACV and check your throttle linkage for sticking.

 

That's a problem? I thought it was normal. My car does this at times and I have no lights. This is after I cleaned the TB, IACV and linkages. Also after pulling out the underhood BACK UP 7.5A fuse.
OP, try pulling that fuse and putting it back after 10 secs.
