hi guys quick question what company makes a good 6puck clutch thats sprung.
i just bought a 93 hatch with a b16 it came with a 6puck unsprung(unknown brand). i like the clutch its just a bit of a hassle in sum situations(daily driven)
any sugestion...

any suggestions for a 6puck sprung clutch (act, exedy etc...)

 

I had a sprung OBX clutch in my last car lol (cheap brand) -jdm b16 IHE and obx 6puck! I never had any problems with it and wasn't bad to drive in traffic or around town...however I only had the clutch in the car for just over a year and logged around 14K on it...then sold it...and have no idea if its still in the car! But I am willing to try cheap/off brand stuff because I do most my own repairs/mods.

 

using an ACT 4 puck unsprung for 2 years and still going strong

 

Why on earth do you need a 6 puck unsprung on a b16 in the first place.

 

I was under the impression that if your staying all-motor, anything over a stage-1 is a waste of money...

 

guess i'll just order a exedy stage 1 and see how that is
